About cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. We also use local storage, session storage, scripts, tags, and similar technologies that remember information or access information on your device. In this policy, “cookies” includes those related technologies unless a distinction matters.
Monday Q Info 2 uses these technologies to operate mondayq.com, keep accounts secure, remember requested settings, process checkout, understand site performance when allowed, and load external media when allowed.
Strictly necessary and requested functionality
These technologies support services you request, such as authentication, fraud prevention, checkout, privacy choices, theme selection, audio state, chat drafts, and navigation preferences. Blocking them in your browser may prevent parts of the Service from working.
| Name or technology | Provider | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| mqi-consent-v1 | Monday Q Info | Remembers your analytics and embedded-media choices and policy version. | 180 days |
| sb-…-auth-token and related chunks | Supabase / Monday Q Info | Keeps you signed in, refreshes a secure session, and supports authentication flows. | Session-dependent; generally up to one year |
| __stripe_mid, __stripe_sid, and Stripe storage | Stripe | Fraud prevention and secure payment processing when you open checkout. | About 30 minutes to one year |
| mqi-theme and feature preferences | Monday Q Info | Remembers appearance, player, chat, ticker, draft, and other settings you request. | Browser session or until cleared |
| Security and migration flags | Monday Q Info / Supabase | Prevents authentication loops, coordinates token refresh, and completes one-time cookie maintenance. | Session or until the browser flag is cleared |
Analytics
When analytics is allowed, Google Analytics helps us understand visits and page use, while Sentry Session Replay helps diagnose usability and reliability problems. Sentry Replay masks text and blocks media by default. Base Sentry error reporting may operate without optional cookies to keep the Service secure and reliable, with default personal-data collection disabled.
| Name or technology | Provider | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics | Distinguishes browser instances for aggregated site measurement. | Up to two years |
| _ga_<property> | Google Analytics | Maintains session state for the Monday Q Info analytics property. | Up to two years |
| sentryReplaySession and replay storage | Sentry | Coordinates a privacy-masked diagnostic replay after analytics permission. | Browser session; server retention follows our Sentry settings |
Google advertising storage, ad personalization, advertising user data, and Google Signals are disabled. We do not use these tools for targeted third-party advertising.
Embedded media
When embedded media is allowed, Instagram’s script can display a post inside our pages. Loading an embed connects your browser to Meta/Instagram, which may receive IP address, device data, the page being viewed, and cookie or account information under its own policies.
| Name or technology | Provider | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Instagram embed cookies and storage | Meta / Instagram | Displays, secures, and measures an Instagram post embedded in a Monday Q Info page. | Varies by Meta settings and login status |
If you decline, we show a placeholder and a normal link to Instagram. Choosing the link opens Instagram directly and is governed by its policies.
Regional defaults and Global Privacy Control
Visitors identified as being in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland are asked before optional analytics or embedded media loads. If a location cannot be determined, optional categories stay off and the same choice is shown. Elsewhere, optional categories may be enabled by default, but Cookie Settings remain available worldwide.
If your browser sends Global Privacy Control and you have not already saved a choice, we default optional categories off. Because Monday Q Info does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, the signal does not trigger a separate sale opt-out workflow.
How to manage your choices
- Use Cookie Settings in the footer to accept, reject, or customize optional categories.
- Use your browser settings to inspect, block, or delete cookies and site data.
- Use private-browsing or browser privacy features if you do not want preferences retained after a session.
- Review provider controls for Google, Sentry, Stripe, or Meta where applicable.
Revoking analytics stops future Google Analytics page events and future Sentry Replay recording from our site, and we attempt to expire first-party Google Analytics cookies. Revoking embedded media stops future embeds from rendering. Cookies already placed by a third party may need to be removed through your browser or that provider.
Changes and contact
Cookie names and provider durations can change as browsers and services evolve. We will update this policy and its effective date when our use materially changes. A new consent version may ask you to choose again.
