Sponsor and agreement to the Rules
The Qualifier (the “Competition”) is sponsored and administered by Monday Q Info 2 (“Sponsor”), formed in Michigan, United States. Questions may be sent to help@mondayq.com.
By submitting an entry, each participant agrees to these Official Rules, the contest details displayed on the applicable Competition page, and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding except where prohibited by law. The Competition is a skill contest; winners are determined by the scoring criteria below, not by random drawing.
Eligibility
The Competition is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who, when entering and when a prize is awarded:
- are at least 18 years old and at least the age of majority in their state or district;
- have an active, paid Monday Q Info membership in good standing;
- hold one personal Monday Q Info account with accurate contact information; and
- are not prohibited from participating or receiving the prize under applicable law.
Sponsor’s employees, contractors directly involved in administration, and members of their immediate households are not eligible. The Competition is void outside the eligible territory and wherever prohibited or restricted. Sponsor may decline an entry or prize where legal, sanctions, eligibility, or administration requirements cannot be satisfied.
Competition periods and entry
Each weekly Competition opens and locks at the dates and times displayed on its Competition page. Sponsor’s systems are the official timekeeping method. Unless the page states otherwise, entries lock at the first scheduled tee time for the associated Monday qualifier. A season Competition runs for the season and included weekly events identified on The Qualifier dashboard.
To enter, an eligible member must sign in, open the applicable Competition, select five available players, and successfully save the team before entries lock. Limit one entry per person and account per weekly Competition. Entries may be edited until lock and cannot be changed afterward except for an automated or Sponsor-administered field correction described on the Service.
Automated entry, multiple accounts, credential sharing, identity misrepresentation, and attempts to evade the lock or manipulate a field are prohibited. Normal data, internet, and membership charges are the entrant’s responsibility.
Scoring and skill criteria
- Each entrant selects five players from the displayed qualifier field.
- A player finishing under par contributes that score. An even-par finish contributes zero. An over-par finish, withdrawal, disqualification, no-card, or other non-qualifying result contributes zero.
- The three lowest contributing scores among the five selections form the weekly team score. Lower totals rank ahead of higher totals.
- If teams tie, the lower fourth-best selection breaks the tie, followed by the lower fifth-best selection.
- If teams remain tied after both tiebreakers, they are co-winners unless the applicable Competition page clearly states another skill-based tiebreaker before entry.
- Weekly team scores designated for the season accumulate in the season standings; the lowest final season total ranks first.
Skill is measured by selecting the players whose qualifying-round performance produces the lowest team score under these Rules. Sponsor may publish explanatory examples, but these Rules and the recorded scoring data control.
Results, field changes, and corrections
Sponsor compiles fields and results from tournament organizers and other sources. Source data may be corrected, delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. Sponsor may correct player identity, field, tee-time, status, or scoring errors and recalculate standings when reasonably necessary to apply these Rules accurately.
If a selected player leaves the field before the applicable lock and the Service offers an automated replacement or asks the entrant to update a pick, the process shown in the Service controls. After lock, withdrawals, disqualifications, and no-cards are scored as stated above. Sponsor may void a weekly Competition if the associated qualifier is canceled, reliable results cannot be obtained, or a material technical or integrity problem prevents fair administration.
Prizes and value
The prize for a weekly Competition, if any, is described on that Competition’s page before entry closes. The season prize is described on The Qualifier dashboard or another linked season notice. The description will identify the prize and, when reasonably available, its approximate retail value (“ARV”). If no prize is displayed, that Competition awards standings credit and recognition only.
Prizes are nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash unless Sponsor expressly agrees. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Product appearance and actual value may vary; any difference between ARV and actual value will not be paid. Limit one weekly prize per eligible winning entry, subject to co-winner treatment below.
If co-winners remain after all stated tiebreakers, Sponsor may provide each co-winner the stated prize, divide a divisible prize equally, or provide prizes of substantially equivalent value, as disclosed to the winners and permitted by law.
Winner notification and verification
Potential winners will be contacted through their account email or another contact method associated with the account. A potential winner must respond within seven days, confirm eligibility and delivery information, and complete any affidavit, release, tax form, or other lawful documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor.
A potential winner is not an official winner until verified. Failure to respond, inability to receive a prize, returned notification, false information, or noncompliance may result in disqualification and, when practicable, award to the next highest-ranked eligible entrant. Sponsor is not responsible for inaccurate account contact information.
Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and for costs not expressly included with the prize. Sponsor may report prize value and withhold information or amounts as required by law.
Integrity and disqualification
Sponsor may disqualify an entrant or entry that it reasonably determines involved cheating, collusion, automated entry, multiple accounts, false eligibility information, harassment, tampering, exploitation of a defect, unauthorized access, violation of these Rules or the Terms of Use, or conduct that threatens fair administration.
Deliberately damaging the Service or interfering with a Competition may violate civil or criminal law. Sponsor reserves the right to seek available remedies. A disqualification may also remove affected season points and eligibility for future Competitions.
Publicity and privacy
Entrant usernames, avatars, teams, scores, standings, and winner status may be displayed publicly as part of the Competition. Where lawful, a verified winner grants Sponsor permission to use the winner’s username, display name, city and state, likeness voluntarily supplied for winner coverage, prize information, and statements about the Competition for editorial and promotional purposes without additional compensation. Residents of jurisdictions requiring additional consent may decline uses not necessary to administer or report the Competition.
Information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Sponsor may use eligibility and tax information solely for administration, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and prize fulfillment.
Release and service limitations
To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor and its owners, personnel, prize suppliers, and service providers from claims arising from participation or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, except claims that cannot lawfully be waived.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost or late entries; device, network, email, provider, or software failures; unauthorized intervention; inaccurate source data; or other events beyond reasonable control. If a Competition cannot be fairly completed, Sponsor may suspend, modify, extend, or void it and determine results from unaffected eligible entries when lawful and fair.
No affiliation with golf organizations or platforms
The Competition is independently operated by Monday Q Info. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the PGA TOUR, Korn Ferry Tour, tournament organizers, qualifying sites, scoring providers, Meta, Instagram, X, Apple, Google, or any other third party referenced in the Service. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Disputes and general conditions
Michigan law governs the Competition and these Rules, subject to applicable consumer law. The informal-resolution, individual AAA arbitration, small-claims, class-waiver, and 30-day opt-out provisions in the Terms of Use apply to disputes concerning the Competition.
If a provision of these Rules is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Sponsor’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Sponsor may update future Competitions’ rules, but a material change will not be applied retroactively to an entry after the applicable Competition has locked unless required by law or necessary to correct an obvious error without changing the skill criteria.
